Starter entries for your kind of firm
Ask us for suggested entries for your industry. They arrive as drafts for you to edit and publish, so nothing reaches visitors until you publish it.

From 13 October 2026, firms can ask us for starter entries for their kind of firm. Starter entries are suggested drafts that give you a head start on the questions your visitors are likely to ask. You review them, edit them into your own words and publish only the ones you want. Nothing reaches visitors until you publish it.
Why starter entries
The hardest part of setting up any website assistant is the blank page. Kuuba replies only from what your firm has published, so the first job is writing entries. A simple way to begin is to list the questions your front desk hears most and write an entry for each one. Starter entries are there for firms that would like a head start on that list.
How they work
Starter entries arrive in your dashboard as drafts. They follow the same path as any entry you write yourself.
- Draft: the suggested entry arrives in your dashboard, not on your website.
- Edit: change the wording so it matches what your firm actually does and says.
- Approve: someone you allow to approve and publish checks it.
- Publish: only then is it used in replies on your site.
Any suggestion that does not fit your firm can simply stay as a draft. You can add your own entries alongside them at any time.
Your words, not ours
A starter entry is a prompt, not an answer. Your fees, your opening hours and how your first appointment works are yours to set out. When a visitor asks a question, Kuuba quotes the published entry as you wrote it and shows it as the source under the reply. That is why every starter entry needs your review before it goes live.
Topics left to your team
Some questions should always go to a person. Kuuba starts with two topics left to your team: quotes for someone's own situation, and advice about their own case. You can edit these and add your own topics at any time.
When a visitor asks about one of these topics, or about anything nothing published covers, Kuuba says so plainly and offers to pass the question to your team as an enquiry.
Who can ask
Kuuba is for service firms, including accountants, law firms, clinics, dental practices, estate agents, salons, architects, agencies, trades and hotels. Ask us what we have ready for your kind of firm, and we will tell you plainly. If we do not have starter entries for your industry, we can help you build your first list of questions through a guided start instead.
If you choose a guided start, a one-off setup fee may apply, and we agree it with you before you start.
Before you go live
Once your entries are published, open Try your assistant and ask the questions your visitors ask, including the ones you expect to go to your team. When the replies read the way you want, add the snippet to your website.
If a reply needs changing later, the correction loop takes you from the reply to the entry behind it: flag, fix, preview, republish and re-check the original question.
