Built for firms whose name is on every reply
Kuuba is a website AI assistant for service firms in any industry, everywhere. It started with one question: how does a firm put an assistant on its website without putting its reputation at risk?
The problem
Firms were stuck between two poor options
Service firms get the same website questions every week: fees, process, what to bring. Most either reply to every one by hand, or add a general chatbot that may make up a fee or offer advice nobody signed off. We built Kuuba as a third option: your firm's AI assistant on the website. It only says what the firm has approved and published, in the firm's own words, handles requests like booking a meeting, and passes them and anything else to the people who should handle it.
