What they asked
The question in the visitor's own words, exactly as they typed it, so nothing gets lost in a summary.
For the team who reply
Their request or question, the conversation so far and permission to get in touch. No asking the visitor to repeat themselves.

What lands with you
The question in the visitor's own words, exactly as they typed it, so nothing gets lost in a summary.
Every question and reply, in order, so you know what they were told. Join the chat live or reply later.
Their name and the one way to reply they chose, such as email or phone, so you can answer the way they prefer.
Always given. Kuuba asks the visitor first and passes their details to your team only once they agree.

In your channel
The question, a short summary, how to reach them and the conversation so far, posted to the channel you choose. Whoever picks it up can reply straight away.
Your tools
Every enquiry waits in your Kuuba dashboard, and it also reaches the place your team already checks.
Email to Gmail or Outlook, SMS and WhatsApp, for teams who work from their inbox or their phone.
Slack and Microsoft Teams, posted to the channel you choose.
HubSpot, so an enquiry becomes a contact. Zendesk and Freshdesk, so it arrives as a ticket.
Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Calendly, for booking the call once your team agrees one.
The difference
Your judgement
In the chat, by email or by phone, when it suits your day. Then mark it handled.
Join a visitor's chat when you are free and carry on the conversation. When nobody is, your team works from the enquiry.
Kuuba does not reply to the visitor after the handover, and never quotes a response time you have not published.
Keep it right
If a reply is out of date, flag it from the conversation with a note. The flag is recorded against the entry it came from, and the people who publish fix the entry, preview the new reply and republish.
Create an account and see the first one arrive.
