Trust
Built to protect your firm's name
Your AI assistant answers only from published knowledge with the source, and passes requests and anything personal to your team. These are Kuuba's rules, and the limits we are open about.

The principle
A wrong reply costs more than a handed-over one. A missed question is a short wait. A wrong fee or a piece of advice nobody signed off is a problem with your name on it. So when a question goes beyond what you have published, Kuuba passes it to a person.
Commitments
Ten rules, built in
They apply on every plan, including Free, and you cannot switch them off.
- 01Firm-approved published knowledge onlyDrafts and approved entries waiting to go live never reach visitors. Nothing else is used to reply.
- 02Out of date means handed overWhen an entry passes its review date, Kuuba sets it aside and hands those questions to your team.
- 03A source with every replyVisitors see which entry a reply came from, quoted as you wrote it.
- 04A record of everythingEach reply is stored with the published version behind it.
- 05No adviceNothing professional, legal, tax or financial, and nothing about a visitor's own situation.
- 06No made-up pricesOnly fees you have published, exactly as written.
- 07No picking sidesIf two published entries disagree, your assistant hands the question over.
- 08Honest about being AIEvery conversation opens by saying so.
- 09No false confidenceNo percentage scores shown to visitors.
- 10Kept apartEach firm's information and conversations stay separate from every other firm's.
Never
What Kuuba will never do on your site
Pretend to be a person
Every conversation opens by saying it is an AI assistant.
Estimate a price or make a promise
If you have not published it, Kuuba does not say it.
Reword what you published
Replies quote your entries, not a new version of them.
Keep talking after a handover
Once a visitor is handed to your team, your team replies.
Share details without permission
A visitor's details are only passed on once they agree.
Show false confidence
No percentage scores or ratings shown to visitors.
Straight talk
What we won't promise
No website assistant is perfect, and we do not claim Kuuba never gets things wrong or beats other tools on accuracy. A reply is only as accurate as the entry behind it. In a guided start we measure how well it works on your own questions.
Responsibility
Who looks after what
- Your firm
- What you publish, and any professional advice once an enquiry reaches a person.
- Kuuba
- How the assistant behaves: published-only replies, sources, handovers, separation between firms and a clear record.
Day to day
How the rules show up for visitors
Each reply names the entry it came from, so visitors know it is your firm speaking. Advice, personal situations and anything unpublished go to a person.
Quoted, with a source
Replies quote your entries, not a new version of them.
Handed over when it should be
If you have not published it, Kuuba does not say it.
Put right at the source
Flag a reply, fix the entry and republish. Your assistant checks the question again.
Handover data
What happens to a visitor's details
Nothing is passed on until the visitor agrees. Then one enquiry carries what your team needs, to your dashboard and to the tools you choose.
The visitor agrees
Kuuba offers to pass the question on. A visitor's details are only passed on once they agree.
One enquiry is created
- The question, in their words
- The conversation so far
- How to reach them
- Their permission to reply
It waits in your Kuuba dashboard until someone marks it handled.
It reaches the tools you chose
The same enquiry goes to the tools you choose, so your team follows up where it already works.
