Plans for every size of firm, from Free to Multi-site

From 17 October 2026, Kuuba has four plans: Free, Starter, Professional and Multi-site. Free lets you try the assistant at no cost, Starter is £35 a month, Professional is £125 a month, and Multi-site starts from £299 a month for groups running more than one website.

The same core on every plan

Every plan includes the parts that make Kuuba trustworthy on your website.

• Replies that use only your published entries.
• The source shown under each reply, so visitors can see which entry it came from.
• Handoffs, so questions nothing published covers are passed to your team as enquiries.
• The full correction loop: flag a reply, fix the entry, preview, republish and re-check the original question.
• The assistant's name, your logo, a welcome message and suggested questions.
• A clear statement at the start of each conversation that the visitor is talking to an AI assistant.

Free

Free is for trying Kuuba properly with your own entries. It has limited monthly usage and shows the Kuuba badge in the assistant. It still includes the full correction loop, so you can see how a fix works before you choose a paid plan.

Starter, £35 a month

Starter is for a firm with one website. It includes the assistant, handoffs, corrections and the dashboard where you read conversations and enquiries. Starter is £35 a month, or £350 a year.

Professional, £125 a month

Professional includes everything in Starter, plus reports on what the assistant replied to and what went to your team. It also adds full branding controls: your brand colours in the assistant and the option to remove the Kuuba badge. Professional is £125 a month, or £1,250 a year.

Multi-site, from £299 a month

Multi-site is for groups and partners with more than one website. It includes everything in Professional, with terms agreed with the group. Prices start from £299 a month, and we talk through what you need before you begin.

Paying yearly

Paying yearly on Starter or Professional gives you two months free compared with paying monthly. You can choose monthly if you prefer to keep things flexible.

Prices and changes

All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. There is no charge per enquiry. Creating an account does not ask for payment details.

Each plan has a monthly usage allowance. If you would like the figures for a particular plan, talk to us and we will set them out.

If anything about your plan changes, we will always tell you before it does.

Help getting set up

If you would like help writing and reviewing your first entries or adding the snippet to your site, we offer a guided start. A one-off setup fee may apply, and we agree it with you before you start.

Choosing a plan

If you are not sure where to begin, Free is a good place to start. Write a few entries, ask your own questions in Try your assistant, and move to Starter or Professional when your firm needs more.
