A guided start for firms that want a hand
We set Kuuba up with you on your own questions, help you write your first entries, then go through the results together.

From 16 October 2026, firms that would like a hand can choose a guided start. We set Kuuba up with you, test it on the questions your visitors really ask, and go through the results together before the assistant goes on your website.
Some firms are happy to create an account and write their first entries on their own. Others would rather have someone alongside them at the beginning, especially when the questions they get are careful ones about fees, appointments or what happens next. The guided start is for the second group.
What happens
A guided start follows the same steps as setting up on your own, with us working through them with you.
- A short call to understand your firm, your visitors and the topics you want left to your team.
- A list of 20 to 30 real questions your visitors ask, including some that should be handed to your team.
- Help writing and reviewing your first entries, in your firm's own words.
- Testing in Try your assistant, then adding the snippet to your website.
- A review of the results together once the assistant is live.
Starting from your own questions
The most useful part of a guided start is the question list. We ask you to gather questions your front desk, inbox and phone already handle, written the way visitors put them. Some will have a clear published answer. Others, such as a quote for someone's own situation or advice about their own case, should go to your team.
Testing both kinds matters. You see the assistant reply from your entries with the source shown under each reply, and you see it say plainly when nothing published covers a question and offer to pass it to your team as an enquiry.
Writing the first entries
We help you turn what your firm already says into published entries. That usually means short, plain entries with clear titles, so the source shown under a reply makes sense to a visitor. You stay in charge of the wording, and nothing is published without your approval.
Going through the results
Once the assistant has had some real conversations on your site, we go through the conversations with you. We look at which questions were answered from published entries, which were handed to your team, and where an entry needs a fix. Any change is made with the correction loop: flag the reply, fix the entry, preview, republish and re-check the original question.
Plans and cost
A guided start runs on the plan you choose, whether that is Free, Starter, Professional or Multi-site.
A one-off setup fee may apply for the help we give. If it does, we agree it with you before anything begins, so there are no surprises.
Is it right for you
A guided start suits firms that want to be confident before visitors see the assistant or would simply prefer to set up with someone alongside them. If you are comfortable writing entries yourself, you can create an account and begin straight away. You can always ask for help later.
Create an account and tell us you would like a guided start, or talk to us first if you have questions.
