Read every conversation, and see the bigger picture
Read conversations in full, see which questions went to your team and which entries do the work. Reports on Professional and Multi-site.

From 22 October 2026, your Kuuba dashboard gives you a clear view of what your assistant has been doing. Every plan lets you read conversations in full, see which questions went to your team and see the entry behind each reply. Professional and Multi-site add reports on what was replied to and what went to your team.
Reading conversations
Every conversation on your website is kept in your dashboard, including the ones handed to your team. You can read each one in full, in the order it happened.
- The visitor's questions, in their own words.
- Each reply, with the published entry it came from.
- Where a question was passed to your team, and the enquiry that followed.
Each reply is stored with the published version of the entry behind it. If an entry has changed since, you can still see exactly what the visitor was shown at the time.
Questions that went to your team
Some questions are meant for a person. When nothing published covers a question, or it is on a topic you leave to your team, Kuuba says so plainly and offers to pass it on as an enquiry.
In your dashboard, enquiries sit in one list, open until someone marks them handled. Reading the conversations behind them is a good way to see what your visitors want to know that your published entries do not yet cover. Some of those questions belong with your team. Others are a sign that a new entry would help.
Which entries are used
Because every reply names its source, you can see which entries are doing the work on your site. That helps you decide where to spend time.
- An entry that comes up often is worth keeping clear and current.
- A reply that needs changing can be flagged from the conversation, then fixed in the entry behind it.
- A question that keeps going to your team may be a gap worth filling with a new entry.
When you fix an entry, the correction loop takes you through it: flag, fix, preview, republish and re-check the original question.
Reports on Professional
Professional and Multi-site add reports on what the assistant replied to and what went to your team. Reports bring together what you would otherwise piece together from individual conversations, so an owner can see the overall picture without reading every one.
We do not show percentage scores to visitors, and reports are there to help your team look after your entries, not to rate the assistant.
Who can read what
Anyone on your team who can read conversations can flag a reply. Publishing a fix is kept to the people you allow to approve and publish. Each firm's conversations and enquiries are kept separate from every other firm's.
A simple routine
A simple way to keep on top of it is to set aside a regular moment to look through recent conversations.
- Skim conversations, including those handed to your team.
- Mark enquiries your team has followed up as handled.
- Flag any reply that needs changing and fix the entry behind it.
- Write a new entry for any question that keeps coming up.
