Make the assistant look and sound like your firm
Name, logo, welcome message and suggested questions on every plan. Full branding controls, including brand colours and removing the Kuuba badge, from Professional.

From 9 October 2026, you can make your Kuuba assistant look and sound like your firm. The assistant's name, your logo, a welcome message and suggested questions are included on every plan. Full branding controls, including brand colours and removing the Kuuba badge, are included from Professional.
Why it matters
The assistant sits on your website and speaks for your firm. Visitors should feel they are dealing with you, in your words, with your name and logo in view. The replies already come from your own published entries, and the way the assistant presents itself should match.
On every plan
These settings are included on every plan, including Free.
- Assistant name: give the assistant its own name, separate from your firm's name if you like.
- Logo: show your logo in the assistant, using the file you already use on your site.
- Welcome message: write the first thing visitors read when they open the assistant.
- Suggested questions: add questions visitors can tap, so they can see straight away what the assistant can help with.
Writing a good welcome
The welcome message is a chance to set expectations in your firm's voice. A short, plain welcome works well: who the visitor is talking to, what the assistant can help with, and that anything it has no published answer for can be passed to your team.
Suggested questions work best when they match the questions your visitors already ask, such as opening hours, what a first appointment involves or how fees are set out. Each one should be covered by a published entry, so a tap leads to a reply with its source shown underneath.
Full branding from Professional
Professional and Multi-site add full branding controls.
- Brand colours: set the assistant's colours to match your website.
- Remove the badge: remove the "Answers by Kuuba" mark at the foot of the assistant.
On Free and Starter, the "Answers by Kuuba" badge stays at the foot of the assistant.
Always clear that it is an AI assistant
However you brand it, every conversation opens by saying the visitor is talking to an AI assistant. This is the same on every plan and is not something branding changes. A name and logo make the assistant feel like part of your firm, and the disclosure keeps visitors clear about who they are talking to.
What branding does not change
Branding changes how the assistant looks and introduces itself. It does not change how it answers. Replies still come only from your published entries, the source is still shown under each reply, and when nothing published covers a question, the assistant still says so and offers to pass it to your team.
Setting it up
You can set the name, logo, welcome message and suggested questions in your dashboard, then see how they look in Try your assistant before anything changes on your website. If you would like help, a guided start covers setup with you.
