Kuuba is available for service firms
Create an account, publish what your assistant should say, and put it on your website. It replies only from your published entries, takes requests like bookings, and passes the rest to your team.

From 8 October 2026, Kuuba is available for service firms. You can create an account, publish what your assistant should say, try it yourself, and put it on your website with one snippet. Creating an account does not ask for payment details.
Kuuba is a website AI assistant for firms whose visitors ask the same careful questions every week. It replies only from knowledge your firm has published, shows the source under each reply, and hands the question to your team when nothing published covers it.
How it works
You start by writing entries. An entry is a short piece of firm knowledge with a title and the text you are happy for visitors to read, such as your opening hours, what a first appointment involves, or how your fees are set out. Each entry moves from Draft to Approved to Published, and only published entries are used in replies.
- Write and publish the entries your assistant should use.
- Open Try your assistant and ask the questions your visitors ask.
- Add the snippet to your website when you are happy with the replies.
- Read conversations and enquiries in your dashboard.
What visitors see
A visitor asks a question in the assistant on your site. When a published entry covers it, Kuuba replies with the wording from that entry and shows the entry under the reply, so the visitor knows it came from your firm and not from a made-up answer.
When nothing published covers the question, Kuuba says so plainly and offers to pass it to your team. If the visitor agrees, it asks for a name and one way to reply, then sends your team the question and the conversation so far as an enquiry. The enquiry waits in your dashboard until someone marks it handled.
Every conversation opens by saying the visitor is talking to an AI assistant.
What your firm controls
You decide what the assistant knows and how it presents itself.
- Which entries are published, and when they change.
- Topics left to your team, such as quotes for someone's own situation or advice about their own case.
- The assistant's name, your logo, the welcome message and the suggested questions visitors can tap.
- Corrections, so a reply that needs changing is fixed in the entry behind it.
Who it is for
Kuuba is built for service firms, including accountants, law firms, clinics, dental practices, estate agents, salons, architects, agencies, trades and hotels. If your front desk spends its day answering the same questions, published entries let the assistant cover those, while anything personal or new goes to the people who should handle it.
Getting started
A simple way to begin is to write entries for your most common questions, then test them in Try your assistant before anything goes on the site. You can add more entries whenever you are ready.
If you would rather have a hand, we also offer a guided start. We set Kuuba up with you on your own questions and go through the results together before it goes live.
