Fix a reply once, at the source
Flag a reply, fix the entry behind it, preview the change and republish. Kuuba then asks the original question again, on every plan including Free.

From 12 October 2026, every Kuuba plan includes the full correction loop. When a reply needs changing, your team flags it, fixes the entry behind it, previews the new reply and republishes. Kuuba then asks the original question again so you can see the fix has worked.
Fix it in the entry, once
Every Kuuba reply comes from a published entry, and that entry is shown as the source under the reply. So when a reply is out of date or unclear, the right place to fix it is the entry itself, not a one-off patch on a single conversation.
Fixing the entry means the change reaches every visitor who asks a similar question, not just the one conversation where someone noticed. It also keeps your firm's knowledge in one place, so the next person to update it is working from the current version.
How the correction loop works
- Flag: Anyone on your team who can read conversations can flag a reply and add a short note about what needs to change.
- Fix: Open the entry the reply came from, straight from the flag, and edit or replace it.
- Preview: Use Try your assistant to see the new reply to the same question before it goes live.
- Publish: The new version replaces the old one on your website. The earlier version is kept in the entry's history.
- Re-check: Kuuba asks the flagged question again and shows you the result, so you know the reply visitors now see is the one you meant.
Who does what
Flagging is open to anyone on your team who can read conversations, so the person who spots a problem can raise it straight away. Publishing is kept to the people you allow to approve and publish. Others can write a draft fix for someone with permission to review.
A full record
Each step is recorded with the time and the person who took it. In the dashboard, the corrections view shows the flagged reply, the fix and the re-check result side by side.
Every published version of an entry is kept, with what changed, who changed it and when. If you need to go back, you can return to an earlier version in one step. The source shown under a reply also shows the date its entry last changed, so visitors can see how current it is.
When the answer is not published yet
Sometimes a flag shows that nothing published covers a question at all. In that case Kuuba has already told the visitor so and offered to pass the question to your team. The correction loop is how you close the gap: write a new entry, preview it, publish it and re-check the question that started it.
On every plan
The full correction loop is included on every plan, including Free. We think a firm should be able to fix what its assistant says from the first day, whatever plan it is on.
Create an account to try the correction loop with your own entries, or talk to us if you would like to see it first.
