Prepare your website
Writing entries an assistant can quote
One question per entry, client language, exact fees and hours.

An entry is a short, published answer to one question. Good entries are easy for visitors to trust and easy for your team to keep up to date.
One question per entry
Keep each entry to a single question. "Opening hours" and "Parking" are two entries, not one. That way the source a visitor sees matches what they asked.
Write the way clients ask
Use the words clients use, not internal terms. If people ask "Can I come in after work?", make sure your opening hours entry answers that directly.
Be exact
- Write fees exactly as you charge them, including what is and is not included
- Give hours with days, times and any exceptions
- Say who something is for, and who it is not for
- Avoid words like "usually" unless you explain when it does not apply
Say when to ask a person
If the honest answer is "it depends", say what it depends on and invite the visitor to ask your team.
